At Causeway Dental we believe in providing the very best patient experience.
When you visit our practice for the first time we’ll greet you with a warm smile and answer any questions you may have. We also hope you’ll notice our professional and comfortable atmosphere we’ve created to help our patients feel relaxed and at ease.
On your first visit we ask that you arrive about 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This is to allow yourself plenty of time to fill out a medical history form.
It’s also important to let your dentist know of any medications you may be taking so they can ensure there is no interference with your dental treatment.
If you are pregnant, or think you might be, please inform your dentist.

At the end of your consultation we will discuss all treatment options and provide you with a full written estimate for any extensive treatment programmes.
Please keep in mind that despite our best intentions, sometimes emergencies happen and we may need to delay or change your appointment time to help someone who needs urgent care. In these cases, we appreciate your patience and we’ll do our best to see you quickly.
In return, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your visit to avoid a missed appointment charge.
Payment is normally due on the day of your treatment and we accept cash, and most debit/credit cards. However, we do offer a membership options to help spread the cost.
